But at a time when you can pick up many netbooks for less than $300, Samsung is selling the NF310 for $399. So are the extra features enough to justify the relatively high price tag?

In the netbook category, the NF310 gives decent battery life. It's a shame that Samsung has settled for such a poor quality screen however. Samsung: El grupo Samsung está compuesto de numerosos negocios internacionales, todos unidos bajo la marca Samsung en Corea del Sur. El significado de la palabra Coreana Samsung es "tres estrellas". La marca Samsung es una de las marcas más importantes de Corea del Sur. Samsung es un fabricante de portátiles internacional de tamaño medio de acuerdo a la cuota de mercados y número de análisis.

Muchos juegos son difícilmente ejecutables con estos adaptadores gráficos o se ejecutan de manera muy lenta.

Intel Graphics Media Accelerator (GMA) 3150: Tarjeta gráfica integrada (memoria compartida) de las CPUs Intel Atom N4xx. Minimamente más rápida que una GMA 950 y por tanto no adecuada para juegos 3D o videos HD (solo tiene aceleración MPEG2)

Intel Atom:

La gama Intel Atom es un microprocesador de 64 bits para portátiles, MID’s o UMPC’s baratos y pequeños. Lo especial de esta nueva arquitectura es la ejecución “in order” (en lugar de la usual y más rápida ejecución “out of order”). Por tanto, el número de transistores del Atom es mucho menor y por tanto más barato de producir.

N550: Atom dual core con un TDP de apenas 8,5 Watts. Debido a la baja frecuencia de 1,5 GHz algunas veces incluso puede ser más lento que un CPU Atom N465.

10.1: La portátil tiene un formato de pantalla muy pequeña y rara para sub-portátiles.
La ventaja es, que la sub-portátil puede tener dimensiones menores y puede ser cargada fácilmente. Además, la pequeña pantalla tiene la ventaja de que necesita de menos energía, lo que mejora el tiempo de ejecución de la batería y como consecuencia la movilidad. La desventaja es que la lectura de textos es muy exhaustiva para los ojos. Altas resoluciones difícilmente pueden ser usadas.
