EN→ES Archive.org versionOverall, the Asus G73SW offers good performance at a reasonable price. It isn't exactly svelte, but it isn't too much of a problem to carry around. Given the overall performance, that's not too big a burden at all. Asus's G73SW high-end gaming laptop offers good game performance without breaking the bank.

EN→ES Archive.org versionThe ASUS G73SW-A1 offers a strong combination of blazing-fast graphics performance, superb media playback, and stylish looks. The system's biggest drawback by far is its painfully stiff keyboard, which can make typing and gaming less comfortable than they should be. If you're willing to purchase a heavier system with a larger screen and better keyboard, you might want to consider Toshiba's Qosmio X505 series, which is now adding Intel 2nd Gen processors to its line. And if you don't want to spare any expense, the $3,300 configuration of the Alienware M17x, which features a 2.3-GHz Core i7 and 256GB SSD, is the best gaming system on the market. However, if you're looking for great gaming performance in a gorgeous package, the G73SW should be near the top of your list.

EN→ES Archive.org versionOne year later, the G73 is still kicking, but I have to say that I’m ready for something new. Familiarity may not be breeding contempt yet, but that love at first sight feeling is definitely fading. If you purchased the original G73JH, there’s no real reason to upgrade to the G73SW for games. For CPU-intensive applications, Sandy Bridge is still an awesome upgrade from Clarksfield, but I’ve seen other SNB designs that impress me more in some areas.
