Llega el momento de sacar conclusiones tras finalizar la review del REDMAGIC 9 Pro. Como nos ha pasado otras veces con los terminales nuevos de la marca, nos quedamos con la sensación de que todo esto ya lo hemos visto. Y es que las diferencias con su antecesor, el REDMAGIC 8S Pro, son realmente pequeñas. Básicamente, se actualiza con el procesador Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, actualizando a su vez al sistema de refrigeración ICE 13 y ofreciendo algunos nuevos diseños singulares. Mantiene por tanto la excepcional pantalla AMOLED de 6,8 pulgadas y 120 Hz, ideal para jugar en ella al ocupar todo el frontal y no tener notch, así como las posibilidades de elegir versiones de 12/16 GB de memoria RAM LPDDR5X y 256/512 GB de almacenamiento UFS 4.0. De la misma forma, debemos destacar los detalles gaming que el REDMAGIC 9 Pro ofrece con sus gatillos táctiles, sus Altavoces estéreo 1115K y la funcionalidad añadida del software Game Space.

Chip gráfico para smartphones y tablets que se integra dentro del SoC Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. Qualcomm afirma que es un 25% más rápido que el Adreno 7340 en el Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 y los primeros puntos de referencia muestran que la GPU puede vencer a la iGPU Apple A17 Pro.

Estas tarjetas también deben ser capaces de aguantar todos los juegos actuales, pero  la mayoría de ellos en configuraciones de detalles medios y bajos y con bajas resoluciones. Juegos más antiguos, o menos exigentes todavía pueden ser jugados con buena calidad de gráficos.

SD 8 Gen 3: SoC de gama alta para smartphones que se presentó a finales de 2022 con un núcleo principal rápido basado en una arquitectura ARM Cortex-X3 con una velocidad de reloj de hasta 3,2 GHz. Otros dos núcleos de alto rendimiento se basan en el A715 y también admiten únicamente aplicaciones de 64 bits. Los dos núcleos A710 adicionales admiten también aplicaciones de 32 bits, al igual que los núcleos Cortex-A510 de bajo consumo. Además de los núcleos de procesador, el SoC integra un módem WiFi 7, un DSP Hexagon (para aceleración de IA) y un ISP Spectra.
