Como he comentado, el conjunto de características es bueno, pero la portabilidad llega a un alto coste, porque este ultraportátil no es barato. El precio por el modelo base se sitúa sobre los 1329 euros —con 8 GB de RAM, un Core i5-1035G1, 512 GB de SSD y pantalla FHD+—, pero aquellos que busquen portabilidad y versatilidad no van a encontrar cosas mejores en el mercado. Es el precio habitual de los ultraportátiles como este. En estos equipos siempre destaco la necesidad de que incluyan Thunderbolt 3 para aquellos que les guste jugar o necesiten tener acceso a una mejor tarjeta gráfica para trabajo profesional. Como he mostrado, si se le conecta una RTX 2060 se podrá jugar a 60 f/s, o bastante más según el juego. Por tanto, es un ultraportátil excelente.

El modelo que hemos probado tiene un precio de 1.999 euros, también algo excesivo para estas prestaciones.

For sure, the XPS 13 9300 is one of the best 13-inchers you can get, regardless of the price. It is both great in terms of computational performance, and in playing some light games. Moreover, creative tasks, like photo editing and vector graphics work will not be a problem, whatsoever. However, you have to keep in mind that this laptop doesn’t provide a very adequate cooling for its processor. At least not for the Core i7-1065G7 model. If you are rendering a video, for example, it will heat up quite drastically, both inside and out, with the keyboard reaching some 48C.

Estas tarjetas también deben ser capaces de aguantar todos los juegos actuales, pero  la mayoría de ellos en configuraciones de detalles medios y bajos y con bajas resoluciones. Juegos más antiguos, o menos exigentes todavía pueden ser jugados con buena calidad de gráficos.
