Typically, when a machine this thin comes in for testing here, we're prepared for some level of throttling of the main system processor. However, that absolutely was not the case. Put simply, the HP Spectre 13 confounds expectations. When you see a notebook only 0.41 inch thin, you just know it'll have a Core M processor instead of a Core i7.
