It also future-proofs you a lot better than the $969 model that B&H is also offering, with the Core i7, 8GB RAM, a 256GB SSD, a 60Hz display, and an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 with 4GB GDDR6. For $1,299, the model I reviewed is the sweet spot.

The Legion 5i is far from perfect, though. Its 720p webcam looks horrendous, and there are too few perks (specs aside) included with buying this over Lenovo’s more affordable gaming machine. A Thunderbolt 3 port and an SD card reader would have been appreciated. Alas, your main reward for spending more cash here simply results in a faster computer, and one that’s still relatively affordable compared to similarly configured 15.6-inch computers from competitors like Razer and MSI.

Tarjeta gráfica para portátil de gama media a alta basada en la arquitectura Turing con recursos de raytracing y 1.920 shaders. En comparación con la tarjeta de desktop con nombre similar, ofrece velocidades reducidas.
Estas tarjetas de video de clase media pueden mostrar todos los juegos actuales fluentemente. Juegos exigentes sólo pueden ser jugados con configuraciones de detalles medios.

El procesador Comet Lake-H está fabricado en el proceso Intel de tercera generación de 14 nm y cuenta con la iGPU UHD Graphics 630 con una velocidad de reloj de 350 MHz a 1.150 MHz. Los núcleos de la CPU funcionan a 2,6 GHz (velocidad de reloj base) con Boost hasta 5 GHz y la frecuencia probable de Boost de todos los núcleos es de 4,3 GHz. El soporte de Hyper-Threading está habilitado, lo que permite que dos hilos se ejecuten simultáneamente en cada núcleo.
