Lo mejor de todo es que la mini NB305-N410 de Toshiba mantiene el costo después de añadir todas las mejoras necesarias. Aunque valen más, la Mini 5102 de HP y la EeePC 1201N de ASUS ofrecen más características y más desempeño si no te gusta esta Toshiba. Pero, a final de cuentas, la netbook que te ofrece más características y la mejor experiencia de usuario por menos dinero tiene mi visto bueno.

Overall, then, the Toshiba Mini NB305-N410B is a decent netbook and probably of more interest to those entering large amounts of text while mobile. The mediocre graphics of Intel’s GMA 3150 chipset and the non-HD resolution of the NB305’s display mean this isn’t the machine you’d want to organise your multimedia life around, either. Neither is it the most long-legged of budget ultraportables, but with a balance of build quality, good looks and decent everyday performance this latest Toshiba Mini is a strong netbook choice.

It might not be the best in terms of performances, it might not provide the best autonomy and it might not be the most affordable, but all in one, this netbook is the most comfortable to use of all. Toshiba's mini NB305-N410 may be on the more expensive side of the netbook segment, but Toshiba makes up for the higher cost with some of the best build quality on the market and definitely the best trackpad available on these small laptops. Battery life somehow manages to be below the previous NB205 and other 6-cell netbooks but it is still more than enough for most users. This is definitely one to consider if it will be used for extended periods of time thanks to its excellent quality and keyboard.

Now that we've tested a fair number of netbooks with Intel's new Atom N450 (Pine Trail) processor, it's easy to see that there is a lot of good competition. The ASUS Eee PC 1005PE lasts two hours longer on a charge than the $399 Toshiba mini NB305 and offers better speakers for $20 less. And the Acer Aspire One 532h offers comparable performance and endurance to the Toshiba for $50 less.

Intel Graphics Media Accelerator (GMA) 3150: Tarjeta gráfica integrada (memoria compartida) de las CPUs Intel Atom N4xx. Minimamente más rápida que una GMA 950 y por tanto no adecuada para juegos 3D o videos HD (solo tiene aceleración MPEG2)

Muchos juegos son difícilmente ejecutables con estos adaptadores gráficos o se ejecutan de manera muy lenta.

Intel Atom:

La gama Intel Atom es un microprocesador de 64 bits para portátiles, MID’s o UMPC’s baratos y pequeños. Lo especial de esta nueva arquitectura es la ejecución “in order” (en lugar de la usual y más rápida ejecución “out of order”). Por tanto, el número de transistores del Atom es mucho menor y por tanto más barato de producir.

N450: El CPU Intel Atom para Netbooks con controlador integrado de memoria y GPU GMA 3150. El rendimiento del sistema debe ser solamente mínimamente más veloz que la combinación anterior Atom N280 / GMA 950.
