Análisis para el Alienware 16X Aurora
Origen: PC Mag
EN→ESThe Alienware 16X Aurora occupies an interesting spot in the power and price tiers. Our configuration falls short of high-end, yet the price tag is also a little steep for an RTX 5060 GPU. That’s somewhat forgivable, though, given the better-than-average build, excellent screen, 1TB of storage, and fast processor. Ultimately, the metric that matters most for a decent gaming laptop is dollar-to-graphics performance—so, while the 16X has its drawbacks, the whole package makes sense. As it stands, this is a solid all-around laptop packing a GPU that (along with the help of DLSS 4) can power modern mainstream gaming experiences. And it looks like a much better deal if you nab one of the significant discounts that often pop up on Dell’s site. If you're on a tight budget, though, consider the Editors’ Choice MSI Katana 15 HX.

EN→ESTowards the lower end of its price range, around the £1,600 mark, the Alienware 16X Aurora makes a very strong case for itself. For that money, the excellent display, strong performance, and high-quality build more than compensate for the rather workaday keyboard and poor battery life. It’s that display that’s the 16X Aurora’s killer punch, though. With the exception of the Mini LED displays fitted to some of Asus ROG’s far more expensive gaming laptops, it’s by some margin the best IPS laptop screen I’ve come across, and makes the 16X as suited to serious creative work or 3D modelling as it is to hardcore gaming.

EN→ESThe Alienware 16X Aurora might not be what you picture when you think of an Alienware gaming laptop, but what it lacks in aggressively styling it more than makes up for with its focus on the display and performance. And its price is certainly less than what you've come to expect from an Alienware machine. It's simply hard to find this good a display and this level of performance for the price, although I do wish Dell outfitted it with a keyboard better suited for gaming.

EN→ESThe Alienware 16 Aurora doesn’t impress, which is a shame because I reviewed it alongside the Alienware 16X Aurora, and that laptop did impress with the value it delivered. The core problem here is the price — $1,499 is just too high for an experience like this one. It’s a budget experience at a mid-tier price. If this machine had a faster CPU or a more impressive display — ideally both — it would be easy to recommend. For now, you’re probably better off looking somewhere else for a budget gaming laptop — unless Dell is having a big sale on this model. I would recommend you look at the Alienware 16X Aurora if you’re looking for an Alienware laptop, however — that’s much better value for money.
