El nuevo ZenBook Pro Duo UX582 vuelve a estar equipado con una pantalla secundaria, lo que es un gran añadido para los creadores de contenido. Gracias al altísimo rendimiento, empero, el portátil también es interesante para otros grupos de usuarios e incluso supera a muchas estaciones de trabajo móviles.

El precio no son los 3.999 euros del modelo anterior y baja considerablemente hasta los 2.999 euros. Sigue siendo un precio elevado, pero poco a poco se acerca a rangos menos exagerados. Cuando analizamos el UX581 esperábamos la llegada de nuevos modelos con estas tecnologías a precios más asequibles, 1000 euros menos es una reducción de precio más que importante, pero aún queda camino por recorrer. Con todo ello, este ASUS Zenbook Pro Duo 15 OLED y sigue siendo un portátil muy llamativo que ofrece lo último en tecnología OLED con el extra de la pantalla secundaria, adaptada a los últimos diseños de la compañía.

EN→ESWith that said, unless if you use Thunderbolt peripherals or need a stylus in your workflow, I personally think that the ROG Zephyrus Duo 15 SE might be the better option at the same price, if you are okay with a 100% sRGB IPS display instead of this awesome 100% DCI-P3 OLED panel. Alternatively, if you don’t need all that horsepower for video editing or rendering tasks, but want a secondary screen for multitasking, you can also opt for the more affordable ASUS ZenBook Duo 14, which offers pretty much the same array of I/O along with a smaller-but-similar dual-display setup. It is also much lighter on your wallet and also on your back.

Get a laptop stand and two Thunderbolt 3 hubs and connect however many USB devices or monitors you want. I mean, that’s technically what I’m doing with my laptop too. At the price of RM12,999, I do think that this is a niche laptop. If you like what you see in this video, then I think this laptop will suit your needs.

The only issue is that you’ll be paying through the nose for it – ASUS is asking for almost Php 200K for the version we used, which is a hefty chunk of change for the ZenBook Pro Duo 15 OLED UX582, at least for our review for the Philippines.
