Microsoft's Surface Pro 11th edition is an awesome computer for professional artists who want a high-performance machine with a brilliant display. The era of Windows on Arm laptops is finally here, and I can't wait to be a part of it. Prices for the device start at $999.99. My review unit with the 12-core Snapdragon X Elite chipset, 16GB of RAM, and 1TB SSD costs $1,699. However, it's important to note that those prices are without accessories like the Flex keyboard. They cost extra, and they're not exactly cheap, with the Flex keyboard and Slim Pen combo running for $449.

Despite some misses, the Surface Pro has always had the makings of a great business device. More so than Apple's more creative-focused iPad Pro, the Surface Pro provides all the power of a laptop with the portability of a tablet, in a flexible 2-in-1 style. Poor processing power and a lack of battery life have traditionally been the main sticking points with the Pro, but that has been largely rectified with the 11. The latest Surface Pro is faster than most mainstream laptops, and last significantly longer than previous models. Even going throughout a whole workday without needing a charge. Sadly it isn't completely faultless; not every Windows application will run on ARM64 hardware (though that list is getting shorter). And the price is still extraordinarily high, almost one year after it was first released. The starting price is over $1,000 and that's before you add any bells and whistles... or even a stylus. That being said, this is the best Surface Pro to date.

Intel Arc 130V: An integrated graphics adapter that lower-end Intel Lunar Lake processors employ. This is a direct successor to the Arc 7 iGPU; it has 7 Xe² architecture cores running at up to 1,850 MHz and 7 ray tracing units at its disposal. We expect the 130V to be about as fast as the Radeon 780M for playable frame rates in most 2023 and some 2024 games at 1080p on low graphics settings.
