Los dispositivos de entrada por encima de la media fueron impresionantes. El teclado se caracteriza por una caída decente y homogénea. Medimos lo mismo en el reemplazo del ratón, el cual merece ese nombre. Los gestos sencillos y multitáctiles se implementan de forma fluida e inmediata. Aunque el modelo de pruebas se puede situar en la categoría business de gama media, trae una pantalla IPS que logró buenos valores en contraste y brillo.
En términos de rendimiento, el portátil de Dell se defendió frente a sus rivales y demostró ser un fuerte oponente. El Latitude también fue sólido en los valores de emisiones aunque, como el Lenovo Thinkpad T440s, la curva de temperatura podía ser mucho mejor.
Por desgracia, la batería no aguanta una jornada de trabajo entera. Aunque Dell no ofrece una batería mayor, hay una solución externa que no es precisamente barata a casi 160 Euros. El Latitude E5450 es recomendable para la rutina business. Sin embargo, también sería recomendable mirar otros portátiles similares.
