Cuando empecé a usarlo en esta prueba no me parecían grandes cambios, pero en el día a día todo suma y hace que la experiencia de uso mejore. Huawei MateBook X Pro de 2022 se mantiene como un portátil muy a tener en cuenta si buscas un equipo compacto, ligero y solvente para trabajar o estudiar. Eso sí los 2.199 euros que cuesta lo posicionan como un portátil de gama alta que se queda fuera del alcance de muchos bolsillos.

En cuanto a potencia, si bien es cierto que el Core i7-1260P es más que suficiente para la gran mayoría de tareas, esperábamos un poco más, quizás un Core i7-1280p, de un equipo de este precio. Lo mismo para el SSD, que se queda en PCie 3.0 cuando ya hace tiempo que el PCIe 4.0 suele ser lo habitual en los equipos más premiun. Eso no quiere decir que el SSD o el procesador sean lentos, nada más lejos de la realidad. Hay que destacar también su funcionamiento silencioso. La pantalla del Matebook X Pro está muy bien integrada, con marcos muy finos y el nivel de brillo es muy alto, además, tanto la resolución como el soporte táctil ofrecen más posibilidades a la hora de aprovecharla. Se agradece también el salto a los 90Hz. El panel táctil complementa también a los gestos del trackpad y los gestos que soporta el sistema de micrófonos. Y todo ello se integra en un diseño muy compacto con materiales de alta calidad y una construcción intachable que sorprende por su buen tacto y resistencia a las huellas. El Huawei Matebook X Pro puede presumir de estar a la altura o incluso superar a varios buques insignia de este tipo de Ultrabooks de los principales fabricantes.

The Huawei MateBook X Pro is the laptop that convinced me that a professional designer/photographer/videographer’s MacBook alternative exists. It’s the perfect powerful work machine in a super compact form factor, with a stunning screen and extraordinary shell and software capabilities. It was not without minor shortcomings – limited ports and not the greatest autonomy, but these are rather common problems of the entire class of similar devices, and not specifically of this ultrabook. In fact, only two things can keep you from buying – a high (but more than justified) price and the fact that you simply do not need such powerful equipment. But who would turn down a Ferrari even if they weren’t racing?

All in all, I think the Huawei MateBook X Pro has a lot to offer, and while it is a bit pricy, it’s not overly expensive for what you get. Again, the £1,799 price tag includes a fairly expensive monitor in the package, so this isn’t as expensive as it initially appears. For what you pay, you get a phenomenal display, great sound, premium build quality, and a good typing experience. You can’t ask for a lot more. Except, maybe, for it to be available in the United States. My biggest issues with the Huawei MateBook X Pro have to do with the built-in webcam and microphone setup, plus the lack of legacy ports is unfortunate. I also didn’t love some aspects of the touchpad, but you might be able to get used to how it works. As for the Huawei MateView SE, I’d say this is a nice monitor for the price. I find the lack of speakers a bit unfortunate because I would also like to hook up my Nintendo Switch to it, but if you’re only using a laptop, it probably already has better speakers than any monitor in this price range.

But if you’re simply after a premium work machine with a splash of style, it absolutely gets the job done.

With its upgrades being entirely under the hood, this year’s Matebook X Pro is a modest refresh over the previous generation. But that’s no bad thing, given it was already a very capable ultraportable. The keyboard and touchpad are as slick as ever, the 3:2 aspect ratio touchscreen is work-friendly as well as pixel-packed. HDR support and some decent stereo speakers are great for slacking off, too. The 13th-gen Intel CPU only brings a minor performance boost, and dedicated GPUs remain off the table, so creatives and pros will still want to keep the Dell XPS 15 in mind. Battery life hasn’t really improved either, so sn M2-powered MacBook Air remains the best choice for all-day working away from the mains. We’re still fans of the Matebook’s styling, though, and can’t deny you’re getting a lot of machine for your money.

Huawei:

Estas tarjetas también deben ser capaces de aguantar todos los juegos actuales, pero  la mayoría de ellos en configuraciones de detalles medios y bajos y con bajas resoluciones. Juegos más antiguos, o menos exigentes todavía pueden ser jugados con buena calidad de gráficos.

Intel Alder Lake-P:

i7-1260P:

Una CPU de gama media alta de la familia Alder Lake que cuenta con 4 núcleos de rendimiento y 8 núcleos eficientes. Este SoC de 28 W está diseñado para ser utilizado en portátiles ultraligeros. Los núcleos de rendimiento de Core i7-1260P están habilitados para Hyper-Threading para un total de 16 hilos. Esta CPU de 12ª generación funciona entre 1,5 GHz y 4,7 GHz y es compatible con las funciones vPro del nivel "Essentials". Por último, pero no por ello menos importante, el Core i7-1260P lleva incorporada una GPU Iris Xe de 96 UE, a diferencia de ciertas piezas de la 11ª generación Tiger Lake-UP3.
