Intel Core 2 Solo SU3500

El Core 2 Solo SU3500 es un procesador single core energéticamente eficiente para pequeños subportátiles. Se basa en la arquitectura Penryn y ofrece todos los recursos de este núcleo (Virtualización, C6 state, Dynamic Acceleration).

El rendimiento del procesador single core ULV es comparable con un Atom 330 dual core con 1,6 GHz o un Athlon II Neo K125 single core con 1,7 GHz. Sin embargo, ambos competidores están clasificados con un TDP más elevado. Por lo tanto, el rendimiento cae en la categoría más lenta y especialmente debido a la falta del segundo núcleo, el rendimiento multi-threading puede ser decepcionante.

Con un TDP de 5,5 Watt (1,01 Watt mínimo en modo Deep Power-Down y 12,53 Watt máximo), el CPU es uno de los procesadores móviles más energéticamente eficientes (de 2009) y adecuado para subportátiles pequeños y livianos.
