El AMD Athlon Neo MV-40 es un lento procesador de un núcleo para portátiles / netbooks pequeños y delgados. Proporciona un controlador de memoria DDR2 integrado y un HyperTransport 3.0 link (HT1600) de 800 MHz. El rendimiento está un poco más arriba de la clase de CPUs Atom (al nivel de un Atom dual core), pero el consumo de energía es más alto.
