Mediatek Dimensity 9000

El MediaTek Dimensity 9000 es un SoC de gama alta con un módem 5G integrado. Incluye un núcleo rápido Cortex-X2 de hasta 3 GHz, otros tres núcleos A710 de hasta 2,85 GHz y cuatro núcleos de eficiencia energética (Cortex-A510) de hasta 1,8 GHz. El SoC se fabrica en el nuevo proceso de 4 nm de TSMC. Todos los núcleos de la CPU pueden utilizar conjuntamente 8 MB de caché de nivel 3 y 6 MB de caché de nivel de sistema (SLC).

El controlador de memoria de cuatro canales integrado soporta LPDDR5X con 7500 Mbps. La GPU integrada es una ARM Mali-G710 MC10 (10 de los 16 núcleos posibles).

Como uno de los primeros chips, el Dimensity 9000 se produce en el moderno proceso de 4 nm de TSMC.
