Mediatek Dimensity 1000+

El Mediatek Dimensity 1000+ es un SoC de alta gama con un módem 5G integrado. Incluye cuatro núcleos rápidos de Corteza ARM-A77 hasta 2,6 GHz y cuatro núcleos de Corteza-A55 de bajo consumo de energía hasta 2 GHz (Octa-Core con multiprocesamiento heterogéneo). Además, el chip integra una GPU ARM Mali-G77 MC9 de 9 núcleos, un módem Wi-fi 5, un controlador de memoria LPDDR4x, una unidad de procesamiento AI (APU 3.0 con 6 núcleos y 4,5 TOPS de rendimiento máximo) y la descodificación y codificación de vídeo. Como uno de los primeros SoC, la serie Dimensity 1000 ofrece decodificación por hardware AV1. El chip se fabrica en el moderno proceso de 7nm y debe ser muy eficiente en cuanto a la energía.
