El Samsung Xclipse 950 es un chip gráfico para smartphones y tabletas, integrado en el Samsung Exynos 2500 SoC. Se basa en una arquitectura RDNA 3 que incluye soporte de trazado de rayos. Utiliza 8 WGP (frente a los 6 de la generación anterior Xclipse 940) y ofrece un trazado de rayos un 28% más rápido en hardware.

El Exynos 2500 se fabrica en el proceso GAA de 3 nm de Samsung.
