Intel Core 2 Duo P7450

El Intel Core 2 Duo P7450 es un procesador dual core para portátiles. Presenta 2,1 GHz y un cache compartido de nivel 2 de 3 MB. Se basa en el núcleo de 45nm Penryn, pero el Trusted Execution y Virtualization (VT-x) están deshabilitados.

El P7550 usa un núcleo Penryn (Actualización Montevina) que presenta 2 unidades enteras, 1 unidad de punto flotante, 1 unidad de carga, y 1 unidad de almacenamiento en un gran pipeline de 14-etapas. Gracias ala Tecnología Wide Dynamic Execution, el núcleo es capaz de ejecutar hasta cuatro instrucciones simultáneamente.

El Enhanced Speedstep  integrado es capaz de desacelerar el núcleo dinámicamente cayendo hasta 800 MHz para ahorrar energía (en modo inactivo).
