Intel Pentium 2117U

El Intel Pentium 2117U es un procesador de dos núcleos de Ultra Bajo Voltaje (ULV) para portátiles de gama básica. Se basa en la arquitectura Ivy Bridge, pero muchas de las características como el Turbo Boost, Virtualización VT-d, HyperThreading, AES o Trusted Execution, están desactivadas. El Pentium 2117U integra una tarjeta de video llamada Intel HD Graphics que se basa en la HD Graphics 2500.

El rendimiento del Pentium 2117U debe ser un poco más veloz que el del CPU Pentium Sandy Bridge de frecuencia similar. Por consiguiente, el rendimiento debe ser similar (un poco inferior) al Pentium B940 de 2,0 GHz.

La clasificación TDP de 17W incluye el GPU integrado y controlador de memoria y, por lo tanto, el 2117U es adecuado para sub-portátiles pequeños.
