Rockchip RK3066 1.5 GHz

 RK3066

El Rockchip RK3066 es un SoC económico basado en ARM para Tablets y Smartphones. Integra dos CPUs ARM Cortex-A9 (ARMv7) con extensiones NEON, una tarjeta de video ARM Mali-400MP4 (quad-core con frecuencia de 250 MHz) e un de- y codificador de video como principales componentes. El controlador de memoria integrado soporta un máximo de 2 GB de memoria DDR1, DDR2 o DDR3.

Los núcleos de la CPU pueden ser acelerados hasta 1,6 GHz dependiendo de la solución de enfriamiento del tablet / smartphone.
