Mediatek Dimensity 800U

El Mediatek Dimensity 800U es un rápido SoC de rango medio con un módem integrado de 5G. Incluye dos núcleos rápidos de Corteza ARM-A76 hasta 2,4 GHz y seis núcleos de Corteza-A55 de bajo consumo de energía hasta 2 GHz (Octa-Core con multiprocesamiento heterogéneo). Además, el chip integra una GPU ARM Mali-G57 MC3 de 3 núcleos, un módem Wi-fi 5, un controlador de memoria LPDDR4x, una unidad de procesamiento AI (APU 3.0) y la decodificación y codificación de vídeo.

Comparado con el Dimensity 820, el 800U ofrece núcleos A76 de menor reloj y una GPU más lenta.

El Dimensity 800U se fabrica con el moderno proceso de 7nm y debería ser muy eficiente en cuanto a potencia.
