 Tangula T700

El Unisoc Tiger T700 (antes Spreadtrum) es un SoC octa core de nivel básico con dos rápidos núcleos ARM Cortex A75 a 1,8 GHz y seis núcleos ARM Cortex A55 de bajo consumo a 1,8 GHz. El SoC incluye además un módem LTE (TDD-LTE, FDD-LTE, TDSCDMA, WCDMA, CDMA, GSM), una GPU ARM Mali G52MP2 y un ISP de tres núcleos. Además, el T700 soporta pantallas de 90 Hz.

El chip está fabricado en TSMC en 12nm FinFET.
