 T612

El Unisoc Tiger T612 (antiguo Spreadtrum) es un SoC octa core de nivel básico con dos rápidos núcleos ARM Cortex A75 a un máximo de 1,8 GHz y seis núcleos ARM Cortex A55 de bajo consumo a un máximo de 1,8 GHz. El SoC incluye además un módem LTE (TDD-LTE, FDD-LTE, TDSCDMA, WCDMA, CDMA, GSM), un controlador de memoria LPDDR3-933 / LPDDR4/4X-1600, una GPU ARM Mali G52MP1 a 614 MHz y un ISP de tres núcleos (24, 8 y 8 MPixels como máximo). En comparación con el antiguo Unisoc T610, el T612 ofrece un núcleo de GPU menos (G52 MC1 frente a MC2).

 

El chip se fabrica en TSMC en FinFET de 12 nm.
