MediaTek MT8163 V/A 1.5 GHz

El MediaTek MT8163 V/A es un SoC da gama baja a media basada en ARM  para tablets (basada en Android). Ofrece cuatro núcleos de procesador ARM Cortex-A53 (quad-core) que tienen una velocidad de hasta 1,5 GHz. Además, una tarjeta de vídeo ARM Mali-T720 MP2 con velocidad de 600 MHz, un controlador de memoria DDR3x32 1600Mbps, Bluetooth 4.0, 802.11 b/g/n, GPS y FM están integrados en el SoC.

La MediaTek MT8163 V/B con nombre similar es la versión con velocidad inferior, con una velocidad de CPU de hasta 1,3 GHz (-6%) y GPU de hasta 520 MHz (-13%).

El rendimiento se sitúa en el nivel de entrada de 2015 y es muy similar a la Kirin 910T (vea el benchmark a continuación).
