AMD R5 4600U

El AMD Ryzen 5 4600U es un procesador para portátiles delgados y ligeros basado en la arquitectura Renoir. El 4700U integra seis núcleos basados en la microarquitectura Zen 2. Están sincronizados a 2.1 (reloj base garantizado) a 4 GHz (Turbo) con soporte SMT / Hyperthreading (12 hilos). El chip se fabrica en el moderno proceso de 7 nm en el TSMC y en parte gracias a él AMD anuncia un rendimiento mejorado 2 veces por vatio para los chips de Renoir.

Con dos núcleos menos, el Ryzen 5 4500U es claramente más lento que el Ryzen 7 4700U y 4800U en cargas de trabajo multihilo. Sin embargo, aún así debería superar al más rápido 15 Watt Ice Lake Intel Core i7-1065G7 (4 núcleos, 3.9 GHz). Gracias al reloj Boost de 4 GHz, el rendimiento de un solo núcleo debería ser similar. Por lo tanto, el Ryzen 5 4600U es un CPU muy rápido de 15 vatios y claramente más rápido que el viejo Ryzen 7 3700U.

Además de los seis núcleos de la CPU, la APU también integra una tarjeta gráfica Radeon RX Vega 6 integrada con 6 CUs y hasta 1500 MHz. El controlador de memoria de doble canal soporta DDR4-3200 y RAM LPDDR4-4266 de bajo consumo. Además, en el chip se encuentran 8 MB de caché de nivel 3. El TDP de la APU está especificado en 15 vatios (por defecto) y puede ser configurado de 10 a 25 vatios por el proveedor del portátil. Eso significa que el chip está pensado para portátiles delgados y ligeros (pero con ventiladores).
