Intel Core i5-1145G7
El Intel Core i5-1145G7 es un SoC de cuatro núcleos de bajo consumo para portátiles y Ultrabooks basado en la generación Tiger Lake-U que se anunció a principios de 2021. Integra cuatro núcleos de procesador Willow Cove (8 hilos gracias a HyperThreading). La velocidad de reloj base depende de la configuración del TDP y oscila entre 1,1 GHz (TDP de 12 vatios) y 2,6 GHz (28 vatios). El Boost se especifica siempre a 4,4 GHz (uno o dos núcleos).
Otra novedad es la tarjeta gráfica Xe integrada con 80 UE basada en la arquitectura Gen 12 completamente nueva. Ofrece un rendimiento significativamente mayor en comparación con la antigua Iris Plus G7 (Ice Lake).
Además, los SoCs Tiger Lake añaden soporte PCIe 4 (4 carriles), aceleración de hardware de IA y la integración parcial de Thunderbolt 4 / USB 4 y Wifi 6 en el chip. Además, el i5 soporta vPro para facilitar la gestión remota.
El chip se produce en el proceso mejorado de 10nm SuperFin de Intel, que debería ser comparable al proceso de 7nm de TSMC (por ejemplo, la serie Ryzen 4000).
