NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 12 GB

La Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 12 GB es una tarjeta gráfica de sobremesa de gama alta basada en la generación Ampere. Utiliza el gran chip GA102 y ofrece 8.704 shaders y 12 GB de memoria gráfica GDDR6X. En comparación con el antiguo modelo de 10 GB, el modelo de 12 GB ofrece más ancho de banda y, por tanto, un mayor TDP.

El rendimiento en juegos en 4k es claramente mejor que el de la antigua GeForce RTX 2080 Ti (aproximadamente un 15% más rápido). Por tanto, incluso los juegos exigentes deberían funcionar con los ajustes de detalle máximos en 4k. Sin embargo, activar el raytracing reducirá el framerate y, por tanto, no se podrá jugar con los máximos detalles. 

La RTX3080 se fabrica en 8nm en Samsung y tiene una potencia de 350 vatios.
