Intel Graphics Media Accelerator (GMA) 500

Chip gráfico integrado (en la placa) en los chipsets UL11L, US15L, y US15W con un núcleo licenciado PowerVR SGX. Tiene soporte DirectX 10.1 pero debido a las bajas velocidad de reloj (100-200 MHz UL11L - US15) y solo 4 shaders no es adecuada para juegos 3D. El decodificador de video integrado acelera la reproducción de videos HD (MPEG2, VC-1, AVC).

El Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 500 (también llamado GMA 500) es una tarjeta gráfica para productos integrados (p.e. MID's), netbooks, y otros dispositivos móviles pequeños. Es usualmente acompañado de una CPU Intel Atom y diseñado para tareas de reproducción de video (incluso contenido HD). . El decodificador de video integrado es capaz de acelerar MPEG2, VC-1 y AVC.

El núcleo gráfico está basado en un PowerVR SGX bajo licencia y funciona a una velocidad de reloj de 100 (UL11L) o 200 MHz (chipset USL15L, US15W). La GMA 500 es compatible con DirectX 10.1 y presenta 4 shaders unificados. El rendimiento no es suficiente para jugar juegos 3D.
