El AMD Ryzen 5 5600X es un procesador de escritorio con 6 núcleos y Hyperthreading (SMT) basado en la arquitectura Zen 3. Esto permite al procesador procesar un total de 12 hilos simultáneamente. Lanzado en noviembre de 2020, es el procesador de escritorio Ryzen de 6 núcleos más rápido. Con un TDP de 65 vatios, el Ryzen 5 5600X es el modelo más económico de la nueva familia Zen 3 hasta la fecha. 

El Ryzen 5 5600X tiene un reloj base de 3,7 GHz y puede ser cronometrado hasta 4,6 GHz con Precision Boost 2.
