Qualcomm X2E-94-100

El Qualcomm Snapdragon X2 Elite Extreme X2E-94-100 es la segunda variante más rápida de los SoC X2 para portátiles, que se presentó en septiembre de 2025. El chip integra 18 núcleos Oryon de 3ª generación compatibles con ARM divididos en dos clústeres. Doce núcleos principales rápidos funcionan a una frecuencia de hasta 4,7 GHz (hasta doble núcleo, 4,4 GHz todos los núcleos) y 6 núcleos de rendimiento a una frecuencia de hasta 3,6 GHz. En conjunto, la sección CPU tiene acceso a 53 MB de caché.

El SoC también integra una potente GPU X2-90 a 1,85 GHz, una NPU de hasta 80 TOPS (INT8), un controlador de memoria LPDDR5x-9523 con un ancho de banda de 128 bits y 152 GB/s y el ISP Spectra para cámaras duales de hasta 36 MP. Los medios de almacenamiento pueden conectarse a través de NVMe, PCIe 5.0, UFS 4.0, SD Express y SD 3.0. El chip también admite 3 puertos USB 4.0.

El rendimiento de la CPU es uno de los chips móviles más rápidos en el momento de su anuncio (según los puntos de referencia de Qualcomm). Los puntos de referencia nativos están a la par con las CPU móviles más rápidas como el Apple M4 Max, Intel Core Ultra 9 285HX o AMD Ryzen 9 9955HX3D. Sin embargo, el software más antiguo y no optimizado tiene que ser emulado y mostrará un rendimiento reducido.

El SoC se fabrica con una mezcla de N3X y N3P (a través de Computerbase) en TSMC (3nm). El Elite Extreme puede utilizarse con valores de TDP (PL1) de hasta 82 vatios para el conjunto, incluida la GPU, y 65 vatios para la CPU.
