El AMD Ryzen 5 2500U es una APU móvil para portátiles delgados y livianos que fue anunciado en octubre de 2017. Incluye cuatro núcleos Zen con velocidad de 2 a 3,6 GHz y ofrece 4 MB de Caché L3. La tarjeta gráfica integrada se llama Radeon RX Vega 8 y ofrece 8 CU (512 Shaders) con frecuencia de hasta 1100 MHz. El TDP se puede configurar entre 9 y 25 Watts (15 Watts nominales).
