Basada en la GeForce 9300M GS pero optimizada para uso estable de negocios (controladores y bios especiales). Soporta PureVideo HD para ayudar a la CPU a decodificar videos HD. Velocidad de memoria: 400 MHz GDDR2, GDDR3 a 700MHz.

La Nvidia Quadro NVS 150M es un adaptador gráfico para portátiles de negocios. Está basado en la tarjeta gráfica de consumo GeForce 9300M GS pero presenta controladores especiales optimizados para aplicaciones de negocios. Una corta lista de aplicaciones certificadas para la gama NVS puede se encontrada aquí (incluyendo MS Office, Exceed, Notes, McAffee, pcAnyware, Bloomberg, Reuters, Tradestation).

El rendimiento en juegos debería ser similar a la GeForce 9300M GS y por tanto solo adecuado para juegos poco exigentes con nivel de detalle bajo. Aunque los controladores de negocios no están optimizados para juegos y pueden por tanto mostrar un peor rendimiento (o algunos Bugs). LA memoria está situada o bien a 700 MHz (DDR3) o 400 MHz (DDR2) que es notablemente más lenta.

Comparada con la Quadro NVS 150M, la 160M posee una mayor velocidad de reloj y soporta mayores resoluciones de hasta 1920x1200 (digital) o 2048x1536 (analógico).

Como la 9300M GS, la Quadro NVS 160M también soporta PureVideo HD para decodificar videos HD con el chip gráfico (y ahorrar energía).
